What counts toward AI usage?

One monthly AI balance covers notes, briefs, live help, questions, follow-up drafts, files, scheduled and recurring work, and AI work with connected apps. Transcription and connecting apps do not use this balance. Free includes Starter AI usage, Plus includes 10× Free’s usage, and Pro includes 5× Plus’s usage.

How do Plus and Pro differ?

Plus is $19 a month per person. Pro is $49 a month per person and includes 5× Plus’s AI usage. Both have the same features and unlimited personal transcription.

What happens when my AI balance runs out?

Notes, briefs, live help and other AI work pause until your monthly balance renews or you upgrade. On Plus and Pro, transcription continues, so you still get a transcript.

What does unlimited personal transcription mean?

Plus and Pro cover transcription for one person, with one active transcription at a time. Account sharing, resale and automated bulk transcription are not included. Recording is unlimited on every plan; Free includes 3 hours of transcription a month.

Which apps can I connect?

Free includes one calendar account and one email account, with no other work app connectors. Plus and Pro support multiple calendar and email accounts and all supported work apps. Connecting an app does not use AI; asking Echo to work with its content uses your AI balance.
